I really wish there was a “Facepalm” mood for this comic. I cannot believe some people. Let’s see…. Choose your own adventure…..which of these possible endings do you think is the best one? Excuses? Guess what…. I don’t care! As a customer I went to your place of business to buy something, so sell it to me quick, chop chop. And OMG….. ban me? And threaten me with criminal trespass if I ever set foot in the parking lot of your establishment? Like I would want to! In case you hadn’t noticed, you have competitors who will be happy to soak up the business I WAS giving you. So exactly who are you hurting here? You’ve lost my business and any business I might have otherwise referred. And not only that, you put it in writing! Everyone who has seen the letter has laughed their ass off! Consider it a favor that I haven’t posted it on the internet including your name and address. Plus you will also lose other business that (like me) doesn’t have the patience to wait around for abysmal service. A lot of businesses pay BIG BUCKS to have outside consultants identify the problems in their biz flow. Just because you can’t accept a little helpful critique from a customer…. errrrr….. I mean ex customer.
Fixing it is the hardest part
True. But it is the only thing that solves the problem. Excuses… that’s the easiest thing to do. And the most excuse-able.
Option 3 is probably the most practical but option 2 sounds lie more fun
Aw man, I can’t add any value to the discussion here… except that I always enjoy reading an new Tix comic, cheers!
I like the rage option. That or a nap.
